Your sexual health is an important part of your overall well-being. We provide confidential, judgment-free care through a simple, discreet telehealth process. Whether you need routine screening, treatment guidance, or prevention strategies, we’re here to support you with compassion and respect.
What’s included:
- Telehealth evaluations for STI testing needs
- Lab orders for STI screening (labs billed separately)
- Discussion of prevention strategies, treatment options, and next steps
- Education on safe practices and risk reduction tailored to your needs
- A supportive space where your concerns are heard and addressed without judgment
- In the event of a positive result, your provider can issue a prescription. Medication costs are not included in the visit fee.
Please note: We do not provide urgent or emergency services. Patients experiencing severe symptoms should seek immediate in-person care.

New Patient Visit

Your first telehealth visit covers:
- Intake forms completed by you and discussed with the provider
- Comprehensive review of your health history and any relevant medical documentation
- Lab orders when appropriate (lab costs billed separately)
- Development of a personalized care plan tailored to your needs
Follow Up Visit
$50
For patients previously evaluated and treated by Jess Better Health, LLC. Follow-up visits include:
- Monitoring progress and adjusting your care plan as needed
- Reviewing lab results or other relevant medical information
- Medication refills and dose adjustments (medication costs billed separately)
- Guidance and answers to your questions for ongoing health management
