During your initial consultation, you’ll partner with our board-certified nurse practitioner to review your health history, discuss your goals and challenges, and explore safe weight management options. By the end of the visit, you’ll have a clear, personalized plan for your next steps .

If labs are needed, they can be ordered at an additional cost.

Initial Visit

One month prescription for weight loss injection shipped to your home with supplies, basic diet and exercise recommendations, intake forms and comprehensive health history review.

Please note this is for the minimal starting dosage only.

Follow up Visit

$250

One month prescription for weight loss injection shipped to your home with supplies, dose titration up to maintenance dosage, follow up telehealth visit, weight and progress review.

Monthly Maintenance

$200

One month Rx at maintenance dosage, provider review of electronic progress report.
