Please note: We do not treat unstable or complex conditions that require in-person monitoring or specialty care. Patients should maintain a primary care provider for ongoing in-person needs.

Follow Up Visit

For patients previously evaluated and treated by Jess Better Health, LLC. Follow-up visits include:

Monitoring progress and adjusting your care plan as needed
Reviewing lab results or other relevant medical information
Medication refills and dose adjustments (medication costs billed separately)
Guidance and answers to your questions for ongoing health management
