Managing long-term health doesn’t have to mean frequent trips to the doctor’s office. At Jess Better Health LLC, we provide convenient telehealth care for adults with well-controlled conditions such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and type 2 diabetes.
Our approach goes beyond medication refills - we work with you to stay on track, prevent complications, and feel confident about your health.
What’s included:
- Telehealth visits for health monitoring, medication management & refills
- Screening labs: CBC, CMP, lipids, TSH, hemoglobin A1c. Screening labs are included in the visit fee when completed through our partnered national laboratory (Quest Diagnostics) using discounted self-pay pricing. A different laboratory may be used; however, lab fees are not included and will be billed separately by the laboratory.
- Ongoing monitoring to keep you stable and safe
- Prevention-focused strategies and lifestyle support
- Education and training on lifestyle modifications (nutrition, exercise, sleep, and stress management)
- Clear, easy-to-understand explanations of your treatment plan so you know why each step matters
Please note: We do not treat unstable or complex conditions that require in-person monitoring or specialty care. Patients should maintain a primary care provider for ongoing in-person needs.

New Patient Visit

Your first telehealth visit covers:
- Intake forms completed by you and discussed with the provider
- Comprehensive review of your health history and any relevant medical documentation
- Lab orders when appropriate (routine screening labs included, if additional labs are requested, additional fees will apply)
- Development of a personalized care plan tailored to your needs
Follow Up Visit
$50
For patients previously evaluated and treated by Jess Better Health, LLC. Follow-up visits include:
- Monitoring progress and adjusting your care plan as needed
- Reviewing lab results or other relevant medical information
- Medication refills and dose adjustments (medication costs billed separately)
- Guidance and answers to your questions for ongoing health management
