Telemedicine only -

All visits are conducted online by secure video. Please ensure you have adequate service to avoid delays or disruptions during the visit.

By appointment only -

All services are appointment-based; we do not offer on-demand or urgent care visits.

Self-pay practice -

Payment is due at booking; we do not bill insurance.

No refill-only visits -

Medication refills require a full evaluation and review of labs when appropriate. Refill requests are at the sole discretion of the provider. If you need immediate refills, seek assistance from your primary care, an urgent care or emergency department.

Medication eligibility not guaranteed -

Prescriptions, including compounded GLP-1 medications for weight loss, are provided only when medically appropriate.

Chronic conditions –

We manage stable conditions only (e.g., blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes). Complex or unstable conditions require in-person care, which is not currently offered with Jess Better Health, LLC.

Not for emergencies –

If you have urgent or severe symptoms, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

We do not provide emergency care, urgent care, or treatment for unstable/complex conditions. All services are by appointment, self-pay only, and require accurate health information. Medications are prescribed only when medically appropriate after evaluation. Patients are responsible for maintaining an in-person primary care provider and seeking emergency care when needed.
