We want your experience with Jess Better Health to be clear and straightforward. Here are answers to some of the most common questions about our services. Please contact us at jessbetterhealthllc@gmail.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

Jess Better Health provides telemedicine, wellness services including preventative care, weight management, lifestyle support, and chronic disease management for stable conditions. We are an online-only, appointment-based practice.


All visits are conducted online by secure video. You’ll request an appointment through our scheduling system, share your health needs, and once approved, you’ll receive a confirmation and payment link. 


No. Jess Better Health currently operates on a self-pay model. Payment is due at the time of booking and we do not bill insurance.


No. We do not provide care for urgent or acute conditions such as injuries, certain infections or sudden illness. If you need immediate or emergency care, please contact your local urgent care or emergency department.


Not at this time. We currently provide services only to adults age 18 and older who are able to independently consent to services.  


Not at this time. Jess Better Health does not replace primary care. We recommend that all patients establish and maintain an ongoing relationship with a primary care provider who can offer in-person visits, routine screenings, and comprehensive care. 


Yes, we support patients with stable chronic conditions such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol and stable diabetes. We do not manage unstable or complex medical conditions that require in-person monitoring or specialist care.


For your safety, we do not provide refill-only services. Medication management requires a telehealth visit, review of your health status and up-to-date lab results. 


We offer medically guided weight management, including access to compounded GLP-1 medications for eligible candidates. Every program includes a comprehensive health review, lifestyle recommendations, and ongoing monitoring. 


If you’re looking for convenient, personalized telehealth care to support your wellness goals, manage stable chronic conditions, or explore safe and effective weight management options, we’re here to help. If your needs require in-person or emergency care, we’ll guide you toward the most appropriate resources. 


All payments are non-refundable. Your appointment time is set aside exclusively for you, and this policy allows us to provide timely access to care for all clients. We encourage you to review our services carefully before booking and make sure that you schedule on a date and time where you can be uninterrupted during your visit. If you need to reschedule, please let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.


You’ll need a private space, a device with a camera and microphone, and a reliable internet connection. For the best experience, we recommend joining your appointment on a computer or tablet with strong Wi-Fi or wired internet.
